The exhibition of the project (re)veste, Weaving Transformation<\/strong> opens on December 12th at the AMMA Fashion Design Gallery<\/strong><\/a>, in Matosinhos.<\/p>\n (re)veste is a brand that was born from a community project promoted by the Centro Social de Soutelo and whose main objective is the social inclusion of young people and adults with disabilities and\/or mental illness.<\/p>\n The project’s genesis is the transformation of clothing, which is a vehicle for personal, social and community transformation. The brand uses surplus clothing from charity shops, transforms it and gives it back to the community, removing the stigma of a used garment.
