The 66th edition of Lisboa Fashion Week<\/strong> begins today, co-organised with the Municipality of Lisbon, with a four-day programme<\/a> that strengthens the relationship between Fashion and Society. A Lisboa Fashion Week where independent Fashion grows through collaboration, where emerging Designers are truly supported; where formats of Fashion presentation are reconsidered; where every moment in the calendar has a clear purpose.<\/p>\n At 5pm, the FAST TALKS<\/strong><\/a> inaugurate the second edition of the collaboration between Lisboa Fashion Week and CAM \u2013 Centro de Arte Moderna Gulbenkian<\/strong>, establishing a space for collective reflection around Fashion as an expanded cultural practice. In a conversation moderated by journalist Joana Moreira, the practices of Damara Ingl\u00eas, Evy Jokhova, Federigo Gabellieri, S\u00f3nia Jesus and Tristany Mundu serve as a starting point to question and discuss Fashion as an intersection of Technology, Identity and Future. All information about the talk, ticket collection and speakers is available here.<\/p>\n Tomorrow, March 13,<\/strong> CAM \u2013 Centro de Arte Moderna Gulbenkian<\/strong> will also host the presentation of Kolovrat<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s new collection. With a performative approach, the presentation will take place in the Engawa Space with free admission \u2014 subject to ticket collection \u2014 and, after the presentation, the pieces will remain on display until 16 March.<\/p>\n From 8pm onwards, the epicentre of the runway shows will be P\u00e1tio da Gal\u00e9<\/strong>, beginning with the presentation of the project be@t Inspired by Nature by CITEVE<\/strong><\/a>. At 9pm, the emerging creative platform Workstation Design supported by Jean Louis David<\/strong> will welcome the new exploratory projects of drionadream<\/strong><\/a> \u2014 making their debut on the platform after participating in SANGUE NOVO \u2014 as well as Francisca Nabinho<\/a> <\/strong>and \u00c7al Pfungst.<\/strong><\/a><\/p>\n The day concludes with the second and final phase of the Sangue Novo<\/strong><\/a> competition. Following mentoring sessions with the jury and other fashion industry professionals, the five finalists \u2014 Adja Baio, Ariana Orrico, Mafalda Sim\u00f5es, Mariana Garcia <\/strong>and Usual Suspect<\/strong> \u2014 present their new collections, produced with the support of textile partners Calvelex\/Fabrics4Fashion, RDD Textiles and Riopele, and compete for the ModaLisboa x IED \u2013 Istituto Europeo di Design, ModaLisboa x Burel Factory and ModaLisboa x Showpress<\/strong> awards. The winners will be announced at the end of the show.<\/p>\n The programme for Saturday, March 14<\/strong>, begins at 12pm with a private presentation of B\u00e9hen<\/strong><\/a>\u2019s new collection at Brot\u00e9ria<\/strong>. From 3pm, the Sala do Risco at P\u00e1tio da Gal\u00e9 remains the central axis of Lisboa Fashion Week, bringing together a broad set of presentations that span different generations, languages and scales of production: B\u00e1rbara Atan\u00e1sio<\/strong><\/a> and ARNDES<\/strong><\/a> on the Workstation Design supported by Jean Louis David<\/strong> platform, Gon\u00e7alo Peixoto<\/a><\/strong>, Carlos Gil<\/a>,<\/strong> Dino Alves<\/strong><\/a>, as well as a special moment from Portuguese Soul by APICCAPS<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n The programme also extends to other locations across the city.
