From 7 to 11 October, the 67th Lisboa Fashion Wee<\/a>k, co-organised with Lisbon City Council<\/strong> and supported by Turismo de Portugal<\/strong>\u2019s Portugal Events programme, takes over Lisbon with a programme spanning Fashion presentations, emerging talent, industry, ideas, photography, art and opportunities to connect. MODALISBOA PRIORITY presented by OMODA & JAECOO<\/strong> unfolds across P\u00e1tio da Gal\u00e9 and venues throughout the city, from MUDE – Design Museum and MAAT Central to Sociedade Nacional de Belas-Artes, the Royal Treasure Museum, Moldo Studios and Havas Village, combining its professional agenda with a programme open to the public.<\/p>\n Fashion shows remain central to the programme. SANGUE NOVO<\/strong><\/a> and WORKSTATION<\/strong><\/a> introduce a new generation of Designers, while established names with distinct practices and creative languages present at P\u00e1tio da Gal\u00e9 and elsewhere in Lisbon. B\u00c9HEN opens the schedule<\/a><\/strong> at MUDE, where Constan\u00e7a Entrudo and Marie Hazard present AD HOC and Carlos Gil begins a show that continues onto Rua Augusta. Adolfo Dom\u00ednguez joins the programme at P\u00e1tio da Gal\u00e9, Lu\u00eds Carvalho presents at the Royal Treasure Museum and Portuguese Soul by APICCAPS at Havas Village. Helena Vaz Pereira makes her debut with a show that also marks a special moment in Lisboa Fashion Week\u2019s longstanding collaboration with L\u2019Or\u00e9al Professionnel<\/a><\/strong>, responsible for the hair looks across this edition\u2019s collections. Make-up is once again by KIKO Milano<\/strong><\/a>, while Canon<\/a><\/strong> supports runway and backstage photography for the first time.<\/p>\n Beyond the shows, Lisboa Fashion Week creates further opportunities to meet, learn and take part. The first MODAPORTUGAL International Conference<\/a><\/strong>, organised by CENIT at MAAT Central, brings together creativity, industry, academia and policy. At MUDE, FAST TALKS<\/strong><\/a> features a conversation on Fashion and social action alongside two professional development workshops. PROVA DOS NOVE<\/a><\/strong> presents nine photographers connected to ModaLisboa\u2019s history at Sociedade Nacional de Belas-Artes; WEARABLE ART \u2013 3rd Skin<\/a><\/strong> brings together contemporary jewellery, sculpture and wearable structures; and Fabricaal: Tempo para o Tempo<\/a><\/strong> traces the continuity of Alentejo textile know-how. KIKO Milano<\/strong><\/a> presents The KIKO Show, its campaign starring Madonna; Renova<\/strong><\/a> creates an installation; Monchique<\/strong><\/a>, Casa Ermelinda Freitas<\/strong><\/a> and Engel & V\u00f6lkers<\/strong><\/a> join the Lounge; and \u00c9vora_27<\/strong><\/a> opens a portal to the future European Capital of Culture.<\/p>\n MODAPORTUGAL HOME<\/strong><\/a> brings the Portuguese Textile and Clothing Industry into the same space through materials, processes and technology. Developed as part of the LUSITANO Project, supported by the PRR, the installation draws on the close connections between Designers, manufacturers, suppliers and research centres to make tangible a production system in which industrial knowledge, creativity and technology evolve together. Materials, processes and new solutions reflect the changes already underway, from circularity and digitalisation to new materials and smart textiles, including a collaboration with Constan\u00e7a Entrudo featuring a digital print developed on Portuguese-made knitted fabric. HOME invites visitors to step inside, touch and experience an industry that continues to develop new ways of creating and producing in Portugal.<\/p>\n The international reach<\/strong> of Lisboa Fashion Week is also built around what happens before each presentation.
