beat by be@t<\/strong> was a regenerative programme for the Portuguese Fashion industry, created to expand synergies synergy between textile companies and Fashion Designers. Its objective was to empower these two activity poles towards sustainability and circularity<\/strong> practices through concerted cooperation, in order to meet the targets of the Paris Climate Agreement, as well as the European Green Deal.<\/p>\n

Part of the broader project be@t \u2013 Bioeconomy in the Textile Industry<\/strong><\/a>, led by CITEVE (Technological Centre for the Textile and Clothing Industries of Portugal), of which BCSD Portugal is a partner, beat by be@t<\/strong> ran for three years. Each annual edition of the programme brought together Designers and textile companies in the search for circular solutions, beginning with a series of discussion sessions and culminating in the public presentation of results at the October 2023, 2024 and 2025 editions of ModaLisboa | Lisbon Fashion Week.<\/p>\n

Associa\u00e7\u00e3o ModaLisboa, as consultant and partner of the programme, played a role in bringing together talent and acting as a catalyst for the development of a solid, fair and responsible future for Portuguese fashion design, promoting an increasing culture of collaboration among the various innovation stakeholders.<\/p>\n
