In co-organization with the Municipality of Lisbon<\/strong>, the 62nd Lisbon Fashion Week<\/strong> presents a four-day program, based at P\u00e1tio da Gal\u00e9.<\/strong><\/p>\n MODALISBOA FOR GOOD<\/strong> Fashion presentation calendar<\/strong> combines the exploratory projects of the Workstation platform with the innovative approach of the LAB platform and new proposals from established Designers, completing itself with a global vision of the Fashion Industry, by hosting on its catwalk moments dedicated to Portuguese Soul<\/a><\/strong> \u2014 APICCAPS<\/strong><\/a> editorial project \u2014; launch of the collaborative capsule collections Lion of Porches<\/a><\/strong> x paatiff<\/a> <\/strong>(announced at the last ModaLisboa<\/a>) and DECENIO x MOLNM<\/strong><\/a>, by Matilde Mariano; and It\u2019s the Fit, not the Brand<\/strong>, an action that will remain secret until March 10th. On the same day, P\u00e1tio da Gal\u00e9 also hosts the Support Ukrainian Designers Initiative<\/a><\/strong>, a moment that results from the protocol between Associa\u00e7\u00e3o ModaLisboa and Ukrainian Fashion Week \u2014 which has not been held in its country of origin since the beginning of the Russian invasion \u2014 to communicate Ukrainian creatives who continue to work, even under constant threat. Since 2022, UFW has supported its Designers by establishing partnerships with international Fashion Weeks such as London or Copenhagen. Now, it arrives in Lisbon with the collections of Darja Donezz<\/strong><\/a>, Omelia<\/a><\/strong> and Nadya Dzyak<\/strong><\/a>.<\/p>\n To reinforce a commitment to the city, contributing to a greater involvement in the creative process of Fashion Design, Dino Alves<\/strong>‘ fashion show will be open to the public<\/strong>. With the support of Betclic<\/strong><\/a>, this moment was designed together with Liga Portugal Betclic<\/strong> to celebrate the intersection between the conceptuality of Fashion design and the community spirit of football, in an invitation for all supporters of both sports to come together in Pra\u00e7a do Com\u00e9rcio on Friday, March 8th, at 9:30 pm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n Another of ModaLisboa’s missions has been to develop a calendar of Fashion presentations rich in new performance and scenographic approaches<\/strong> and which, in addition, boosts different cultural hubs in the city<\/strong>. Thus, Ivan Hunga Garcia takes his Haute-Gardenning to Pens\u00e3o Amor, on Friday night.<\/p>\n After revealing for the first time, a year ago<\/a>, the collections of the final year students of the Fashion Design course at Lisboa Social Mitra, IED \u2013 Istituto Europeu di Design<\/strong><\/a> returns to ModaLisboa with new names that reflect the future of the global Fashion Industry: Annarita Biava<\/strong><\/a>, Cristian Bogliano, Angelica Siddi,<\/strong><\/a> Matteo Rosellini<\/strong><\/a>, Maria Chiara Sorbino<\/a><\/strong> and the duo Alessio Dolfi<\/a> <\/strong>and Carlotta Mora<\/a>.<\/strong> Future Starts Slow: IED Graduate Fashion Show brings together six visions that transform the complexities of the present into pieces capable of reflecting a generation (more information here<\/strong><\/a>).
