Tiago Manaia studied at Conservatoire National Supérieur D'Art Dramatique, and worked as an actor with Christophe Honoré. Back in Lisbon, he under Luis Miguel Cintra, in Teatro da Cornucópia. In 2008 he started to write texts about music, society, art and fashion for a fanzine published by Lux Frágil. After that, he collaborated with Público, Revista L+Arte, Obscena e Vogue Portugal. During the last few years, his articles have been published by Máxima, where he interviewed writers like Leila Slimani, Vanessa Spingora and Dulce Maria Cardoso about themes related to gender equality and the #MeToo movement. He also collaborates with Atlhetica Mag magazine, in France.
Damara graduated (MA) in Fashion Media Practice and Criticism at the London College of Fashion University of Arts, in 2019. She won the Kering Award 2019 prize, followed by a three months internship with Gucci’s Social Media Team in Milan, Italy. She also exhibited BA project “Plethora, AR Garments" at the Somerset House as part of the Digital Edged 2019. Recently, Damara collaborated with VR designer SUTU on a first-of-its-kind immersive Fashion Show, "Fabric of Reality", produced in collaboration with the Fashion Innovation Agency, Kaleidoscope and Verizon Media. In recent practice, she uses Extended-Reality and Immersive Fashion to challenge innovation within the areas of new-media and communication, retail spaces, sustainability and design.
Isa Toledo is an artist born in São Paulo, Brazil, living and working in Lisbon. Isa's video work has been mainly shared online, and her first solo show of text work was exhibited at Galeria Miguel Nabinho, Lisbon, in 2020. In 2015 she co-founded ButchCamp with graphic designer Rosen Eveleigh, a research project centered on contemporary camp aesthetics.

Constança Entrudo graduated from Central Saint Martins in 2017 with a BA in Textile Design. She has worked as a designer for Balmain, Peter Pilotto and Marques'Almeida. For her SS19 collection she held her first catwalk show in Lisbon Fashion Week and quickly gained notoriety for her deconstructed woven fabrics that result from a process which involves bonded recycled threads. Known for combining handmade fabrics and bold graphic prints, Constança Entrudo has attracted attention from the likes of Suzy Menkes. All her pieces are created in accordance with her belief that making clothes is about the way we reuse flat fabric to a 3D figure form of the human body.
Graphic Designer and Textile and Fashion Designer, based in Guimarães. Despite having a degree in graphic design, Carlos Cardoso is part of the Design department at Trimalhas, where he develops the collections. In all of them, Trimalhas adds value, whether for the yarn or the new textures, always with a focus on innovation.
Responsible for the Digital Trimalhas Communication and Strategy Department. Dedicated to brand communication, especially textiles.

Ana Duarte (Lisbon, 1991) graduated in Fashion Design at FA-ULisboa and finished, with distinction, her MA in Menswear Design and Technology at London College of Fashion, in January 2015. She presented the first DUARTE collection at Sangue Novo at Lisboa Fashion Week in March 2015. In October 2016, she presented, for the second time, at Sangue Novo and received an Honourable Mention Award, starting to present continuously at Lisboa Fashion Week in the LAB platform. In 2018 she was invited to present her SS19 Monaco GP Collection at Riga FashionWeek, where she also integrated the United Fashion showroom. DUARTE brand intends to redefine the concept of Sustainable Streetwear.
An expert in textile value chain, Giusy has superior technical knowledge within the raw material market sector, as well as precise marketing and communication skills. In 2007, she created C.L.A.S.S. (Creativity Lifestyle and Sustainable Synergy), aiming to change the perception of “sustainable” fashion and create an international forum for textiles, fashion, lifestyle and home design. Her company C.L.A.S.S., has become a global resource for responsible material innovation, education, marketing and communication. Giusy and her team introduce a new way of design thinking that represents a shift in culture to empower businesses to be competitive and socially responsible. Bettoni takes a synergetic approach with designers, brands and international organizations to provide brand insight that includes smart fabrics and technological breakthroughs.

A master's degree in London and a long trip through India planted an ever-growing skein of ideas in Joana Duarte's mind. The fashion designer was then lost in distant lands of dreams, slowly entangling herself in a love affair with untold stories. Songs from the most diverse corners of the world, fabrics that traverse the globe, crystals, saris, doilies and embroideries. Out of these treasures found in her grandmother's chest or in flea markets and antique shops, Joana creates fashion for this day and age. But she doesn't do it alone: BÉHEN collaborates with small communities of woman artisans. Thus is spun the romantic tale between the brand and the fashion that favours time, skill, beauty and durability. And from there sprout the seeds for a richer, more ethical and more sustainable world.
Luís Buchinho graduated in fashion design at CITEX, currently MODATEX, in Porto, in 1989. After the course, he did an internship at JOTEX, starting his collaboration with the company, which remained for twenty years. The brand Luis Buchinho is a constant presence at ModaLisboa since 1991, at Portugal Fashion since 1996 and at Paris Fashion Week since 2009. In 2007 he opened his first shop in Rua José Falcão 122, Porto, and the second in 2012 in Esplanada do Castelo. Currently, the own store is located at Rua de Sá da Bandeira nº 812, also in Porto.
Nuno Gama graduated in fashion design by CITEX, currently MODATEX, in Porto. He began his collaboration with the textile industry very early on and began selling his collections in selected stores in Lisbon and Porto. In 1993, he launched his brand, which has since been presented at ModaLisboa - Lisboa Fashion Week. In 2008, he inaugurated his Store & Atelier, in Porto. In February 2012 he moved his company to Lisbon. Along with the development of its collections, Nuno Gama often collaborates in the creation of wardrobes for dance and theatre shows and develops uniforms for various entities.

Vanda Jorge is passioned about brands, future and trends. She studied Cool Hunting at the Central Saint Martins, in London. Vanda thinks of herself as a Cool Hunter and KOL in brands and trends, themes she brought to the agenda in Portugal and analyzed for the last three years in the Ecoolhunter section at ECO, in several talks and conferences and in the launch of the PONG PING Magazine, O Futuro, O Primeiro, a publication dedicated to cool hunting, trends, creativity, industries and society. Meanwhile, she also founded the Cool Hunting Society. With an Executive Master in Luxury Management, she followed her passion for fashion and the future of the industry, and took the Digital Fashion 101 course, from Parsons School of Design, on digitizing the fashion industry and the digital transformation of society. She is currently Editorial Coordinator at Media Capital.

Filomena Silvano is an Anthropologist, Professor at Faculty of Social and Human Sciences at Universidade Nova de Lisboa (NOVA FCSH) and member at Center of Researsh in Anthropology (CRIA-NOVA FCSH). In her work she related the questions of collective and individual identities with the study of space, habitat, material culture and expressive culture. She was also part of several research teams and collaborated with filmmakers like João Pedro Rodrigues and João Rui Guerra da Mata. She is the author of the books Territórios da Identidade, Antropologia do Espaço, De Casa em Casa: About the association between etnography and cinema and Anthropology of Fashion.

Javier graduated in Business Administration from the European Business School and continued with post-graduate work in International Marketing Strategies at Northwestern University in Chicago. In 1995, he founded Fun & Basics, specializing in contemporary fashion handbags and accessories. He embarked on a mission to create an entirely new concept that would combine his design sensibility and understanding of the fashion consumer with the latest in recycled materials. In 2013 he launched ECOALF, a company which has grown exponentially and now produces a whole range of sustainable garments with several selling points worldwide. He also founded ECOALF Foundation which is responsible for the Upcycling the Oceans project which has made an enormous contribution to ocean cleaning and waste recycling.
Director of the United Nations Population Fund Country Office in Geneva since April 2017, Mónica Ferro has dedicated the last 20 years to promoting equality, development and human rights. Mónica has several years of political career and as a tv commentator for international politics and columnist for several newspapers and magazines. She is also a researcher at the Interdisciplinary Center for Gender Studies, author of more than a hundred articles and book chapters on the United Nations, Development Cooperation, Human Rights, Security Sector Reform and Gender Equality.
Orsola de Castro is an internationally recognized opinion leader in sustainable fashion. Her career started as a designer with the pioneering upcycling label From Somewhere, which she launched during 1997 to 2014. In 2006, she co-founded the British Fashion Council initiative Estethica at London Fashion Week, which she curated until 2014. In 2013, with Carry Somers, she founded Fashion Revolution, a global campaign with participation in over 90 countries around the world. Orsola is a regular keynote speaker and mentor, Associate Lecturer at UAL, as well as Central Saint Martins Visiting Fellow. Her first book "Loved Clothes Last" was published by Penguin Life, Corbaccio Editore in Italy and in France by Edition Marabou.

Patrícia Barnabé studied Media Studies at the Institute of Social and Political Sciences of the Technical University of Lisbon and specialized in Fashion, lifestyle, arts and travel. She spent some time on the radio but fell in love with writing. Patrícia began to contribute to different magazines and newspapers in the late 1990s, such as Máxima, Jornal de Letras, Agenda Cultural, the extinct magazines V and Viver com Saúde, among others. She was part of the founding team of Vogue in Portugal and headed its newsroom for 15 years. In the last three years, she discovered talents and cultures around the world for Tap Air Portugal's UP magazine. Today she is a freelancer and regularly collaborates with Máxima and Must by Jornal de Negócios, in its online version, in Jornal Expresso’s magazine E, in Portuguese Soul of APICCAPS, and writes content for books, brands, projects and companies in their areas of election.
