Benedita Formosinho

Benedita Formosinho is a young fashion designer, graduated from Faculdade de Arquitetura da Universidade de Lisboa. After an internship at Ricardo Preto’s atelier and some presentations and collaborations, she has been developing her own work in the area of clothing and accessories.

Benedita Formosinho is moved by the desire to revalue details, manual techniques and Portuguese ancestral knowledge. In her journey in contact with predecessor generations she has known materials, techniques and experienced partnerships with artisans and small local productions.
