Ana Pedrosa is the Client Manager at Pedrosa & Rodrigues, a textile company specialist in jersey clothing. Directed strategically to medium-high and luxury segments, with worldwide known fashion brands, some of their clients are Loewe, Helmut Lang, Diane von Fürstenberg, Marimekko and Dior, among many others. Before engaging the family business, she graduated in Fine Arts and Contemporary Art in the United Kingdom, adding job experience at Sotheby's auctioneer in London and as press officer for the artist Joana Vasconcelos, in Lisbon.
With more than 35 years of experience in the textile industry, César Araújo occupies the position of ANIVEC/APIV (National Association of Clothing and Apparel Industries) President. In 1985 he was one of the co-founders of CALVELEX, a company which specializes in women’s clothes, with evident roots in tailoring. With a noticeable curriculum in the fashion industry, he recognizes Portugal’s potential, increasingly present in the supply chains of world-renowned brands, highlighting the quality of our "know-how".
Joana Duarte, Fashion Designer, went to London for her master's degree at Kingston University, and started to fall in love with untold stories. Those with adventures colored by saris, bérber tribes and other characters who took her with them. She easily gets lost in distant lands of dreams and lets herself go by songs from other countries and fabrics that travel the world. Today, she focuses on making garments with old bedspreads and all the other fabrics that she can find in her grandmother's trunk.
Pedro Noronha Feio graduated in Fashion Design by the London College of Fashion in 2003. After an internship with Matthew Williamson, in London, he returned to Portugal where he worked as Lidija Kolovrat's design assistant for 2 years. Since 2005 he maintains a straight relationship with the fashion industry working in several companies such as Silva & Sistelo and Lanidor Group. In 2007 he was the co-founder of White Tent brand, participating in several national and international events. In 2014, together with Sara Lamúrias, he founded Capelista Design Studio, focusing on Fashion Design and Production Services. In 2017, launched Pecegueiro & Filhos, a childrenswear brand.
Leadership runs in his veins and his mission is to seed ethic, social responsibility and making his purpose grow with know-how. Tadeu Pinto has been Trimalhas’ leader for more than 18 years. His vision of the future is the Trimalhas’ 4.0 digitalization, sustainability and innovative projects implementation, allied to the cooperation with the creative industry, with collaboration and an investment in emergent designers.
Professor and researcher of Fashion Design at FA-ULisboa, Graziela Sousa is responsible for the Special Projects — Talks e Wonder Room — of Associação ModaLisboa. She has been developing several initiatives to promote entrepreneurship, sustainability, social innovation, local consumption and other urgent topics. With developed research on the subjects of Fashion Education and Entrepreneurship, she has, over the last few years, published scientific articles in academic journals, made presentations at conferences and facilitated workshops in fashion business acceleration programs.
