She went through several FMCG industries, such as Beverages, Cosmetics, Perfumes and Tobacco, leading teams of marketing and trade marketing. She has been with Samsung Electronics since 2018 where she started as Strategic Product Marketing Manager and, at the end of 2019, she embraced the project of leading the Retail area in the Mobile division in Portugal. Since January, she has also been leading the Marketing area within of the Samsung Mobile division....

Constança Entrudo graduated from Central Saint Martins School in 2017 with a BA in Textile Design. She has worked as a textile designer for Balmain, Peter Pilotto and Marques'Almeida. In 2018, she founded her eponymous label and presented her first collection at ModaLisboa – Lisboa Fashion Week, and quickly gained notoriety for her deconstructed woven fabrics with bonded recycled threads, bold graphic prints and irregular proportions. Research, experimentation and a sense of humor are the basis of her unique creations. In addition to Lisboa Fashion Week, Constança Entrudo has already presented her work at London Fashion Week (SS21) and Paris Fashion Week (FW21 and SS22). Elsa Parente is the CEO and CTO of RDD Textiles. With an academic background in Chemistry, Elsa currently manages diverse R&D projects aiming at more high-quality sustainable textile solutions, working alongside innovative companies and universities to create or expand new products, such as the Colorifix project, carried out with the University of Cambridge, which aims to develop and implement a textile staining process with bacteria. Elsa Parente has created RDD from scratch five years ago, after a stint of more than eighteen years at Tintex Textiles, where she held managerial positions in production, ID and commercial departments. Since its inception, RDD Textiles has conquered distinctions and awards by launching new knitting textiles that are biodegradable, recycled and other distinct properties....

A lawyer by training, Inês left the practice of law in 2009 to make a difference in the public sector. Since then, she has worked with innovation and entrepreneurship in the Municipality of Lisbon, where she was part of the team that helped build the Lisbon entrepreneurship ecosystem, with the creation of several innovative spaces such as StartUp Lisboa, Labs, Centro de Inovação da Mouraria, Fab Lab Lisbon, among others. In January 2018, she joined the organization Santa Casa da Misericórdia de Lisboa, where she directs the Department of Entrepreneurship and Social Economy and founded Casa do Impacto, an impact innovation hub that opened its doors four years ago in a convent on one of Lisbon’s most stunning hills. Namalimba Coelho (Luanda, 1976) has a degree in Law, a Master's degree and a specialization in Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms in Paris, and additional training in Diplomacy/International Relations, Journalism and Luxury Brand Management. Since 2003 she has been working in culture, in Portugal, assuming the communication of several entities and projects. As advisor to the Berardo Collection Museum, since its opening in 2007, she has communicated more than a hundred exhibitions in collaboration with Portuguese and international artists, curators and institutions. Namalimba has also taken over the creative direction and curatorship of exhibitions and projects by African and diaspora artists, held in Lisbon, Luanda, Macau and Paris. She uses, as a creative signature, the acronym NAM x Non AlignedMovement, as a poetic weapon to develop artistic and humanist actions to give visibility to causes and themes related to Human Rights, combat racism and discrimination in all its forms, and challenge the borders of cultural dynamics....
