Leonor Bettencourt Loureiro will be present at MODALISBOA PEBBLING presented by OMODA & JAECOO to mark her first feature film, C’est Pas la Vie en Rose. The film stars Laetitia Duveau, Philippe Duval, Inês Correia Mendes and Nuno Represas, and includes special appearances by members of the ModaLisboa community such as Eduarda Abbondanza, João Magalhães and Antónia Rosa.
At Lisboa Fashion Week, the director will present a capsule of the project. With an introduction by Teresa Vieira, the presence of some of the actors and a DJ set by Leonor Bettencourt Loureiro together with André Ivo, editor of the film and member of the band Miss Universo, this moment offers a first encounter with the work, which engages with the zeitgeist of Lisbon, gentrification and a subtle dystopian dimension.
