Francisco Martinho, originally from Fátima, began his artistic journey with a vocational course in Design, Ceramics and Sculpture at Colégio de São Miguel. He later enrolled in Architecture at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon, which he interrupted to study Fashion Design at Modatex, in Porto. Currently an intern at Marques’Almeida, his work explores the balance between function and narrative through construction, attention to detail, and experimentation with materials and forms, seeking to create proposals that are simultaneously challenging and familiar.
