FRIDAY, 13 MARCH. 10PM
Pátio da Galé. Access by invitation only.

SANGUE NOVO operates as a territory for research and development for Designers at the beginning of their careers, integrated within the ModaLisboa ecosystem as a device for the critical renewal of the Fashion system. Addressed to the academic community, the competition promotes creativity in direct articulation with Fashion schools across the country, functioning as a space of transition between the educational context and the professional field.

Over the past months, the young Designers have developed their collections within a framework of guided support, conceived as a tool for real capacity building and knowledge sharing. The programme included sessions on Brand Creation, led by Constança Entrudo (Textile Designer) and Ana Duarte (Fashion Designer); Sustainability and Materials, with Joana Campos Silva from CENIT; and Fashion Marketing and Communication, with Federico Poletti from IED Milano. Together, these moments structured a mentorship pathway that brings together critical knowledge, design practice and conscious development.

In the second and final phase of the competition, the five finalists will present their collections in a moment that materialises the process, and culminates in the announcement of the winners of this edition of SANGUE NOVO.
