Based in Lisbon, Ricardo Fortes (born in 1997) is a portrait, documentary and landscape photographer. One of his areas of focus is the portraiture of artists and emerging creators, seeking to translate their universe and language into images.
After attending a Marketing and Advertising degree, he then went on to do a Visual Merchandising course in Lisbon School of Design, helping him cement his vision and passion for graphic design and visual arts. In 2025, he completed the Complete Photography Course at the visual arts school and center Atelier de Lisboa, which introduced him to the photographic project and resulted in a group exhibition.
