Lisbon-born photographer, Gonçalo Vilardebó discovered a form of expression through photography during his first skate tours.  Observing that many photographers focused only on the skateboarding moments, Gonçalo decided to focus on what happened before and after the manoeuvres, thus recording all the urban life that surrounded those moments. When photographing, he focuses on three essential elements: light, action and composition, making sure that each image evokes a sense of mystery, dynamism and authenticity.
Currently, his goal is to explore and hone his skills in street photography and fashion, trying to bring these two aspects together in his own creative way.
