VICTORY!

At the end of the day, just like in football, what we all want in life is to win! That's what we live for. To surpass ourselves, challenge ourselves and fulfil ourselves. When we do well on a project or a task we set out to do, we feel a sense of victory. Just like when we fall in love and get people to fall in love with us.

The passion many fans have for their clubs makes them feel victories are personal, as if they belonged to the teams in a way. And they do!

This FW24/25 collection is a challenge for the Designer. To take inspiration from football. Bringing it to life with results that he can identify with and relate to will also taste like victory.

This fashion show aims to celebrate healthy competition, the joy of victory and not the defeat of the opposing team, the fair play of many athletes and their fans, the peace and empathy on the pitch and in the stands, the joy of sharing emotions at the moment of a goal.

It honours the all time stars of Portuguese football of and also its new values, such as female athletes.

It represents a fictitious football club through an emblem created by the Designer, which unifies what could be a Dino Alves football team.

In addition to the concept, sport extends to the materialisation of the garments: laser-made patterns, referring to the iconography of the football universe; the use of sporty details in garments with tailoring fabrics, and other more sophisticated ones; stripes created using various different techniques, alluding to sports equipment. In contrast, there’s ruffles and pleats, fittings, mixed textiles, crochet and knit pieces, 100% woollen fabrics, tweeds, organic and recycled denim, nets, knitwear, twill, organza, tulle, satin, silk and poplin. All this in black, pearl, red, dark blue, petrol blue, grey, bordeaux, lilac, aqua green, hot pink, pale pink, light yellow, green, beige, brown, metallics and other exclusive prints.
