IRREAL SOCIAL is a collection that explores the tension between who we are and what we learn to perform in order to be accepted.
The collection stems from the idea that contemporary society functions as a stage: each individual constructs an image of themselves through visual codes, trends, status symbols, and behaviours that promise a sense of belonging. The “ideal” ceases to be something internal and becomes instead a fabricated image, a collective imaginary sold as reality.
