Workshop READY FOR BUSINESS

POSITIONING, GROWTH AND MARKET ACCESS

11 OCTOBER. 10 AM — 12 PM
MUDE – DESIGN MUSEUM
Free Admission, with mandatory registration HERE

Vincent Lyleire works with brands at different stages, helping them translate creative identity into commercial presence. From relationships with buyers and retailers to the choice of channels, partners and markets, the workshop looks at how a label positions itself, sells and scales within the Fashion industry.

Participants’ projects provide the basis for a practical discussion of business development. Where is the real opportunity? What needs to be in place before approaching a buyer? When does entering a new market make sense? Positioning, pricing, distribution, sales and international expansion are considered through the practical realities of reaching the market, building commercial relationships and establishing solid foundations for long-term growth.
