Fashion
Using clothing as creative expression, creating images that tell stories, exploring the behind-the-scenes of the fashion world. This is the starting point for the new edition of Pulp Fashion’s Styling and Fashion Production course, now open for enrolment.
Set to begin in September, the course is coordinated by Susana Marques Pinto — a professional with extensive experience in styling, fashion production, television and advertising. The course offers an intensive, hands-on approach, ideal for those looking to deepen their skills and build a career in the industry. The training comprises 120 hours over 20 weeks, with in-person classes held on Wednesdays, from 2pm to 8pm. The program covers key topics such as 20th-century fashion history, photography, make-up, image consulting, menswear, trend research and analysis, as well as practical modules in styling and fashion production.
The course also includes visits to showrooms and leading retail spaces, as well as the development of two fashion editorials. The best-performing students may be selected for internships in showrooms or other locations, providing them with valuable first-hand experience in the professional area.
The teaching team features renowned names in the industry, such as Rita Fialho (make-up), Luís Pereira (catwalk), Xana Guerra (menswear), João Paulo and Maria Rita (photography), among others.
