This collection is a reflection of Lidija Kolovrat’s life in Portugal. It speaks of how these thirty years influenced and shaped the Designer.

Kolovrat immersed herself in this country — alternately embracing or rejecting it — creating in return an artistic vocabulary that expresses diverse emotions; at times subordinate and reserved, yet just as often nostalgic or emotional. A history of happy moments, be they factual or fictional.

To visualise this evolution, Kolovrat lets an axis of two dimensions guide her: large flat shapes and structures evoke vibrations that affect the Designer in the way Fado does.
