Guto Carvalho Neto is a Brazilian Fashion Designer. His work is mainly developed in Rio where he created his homonymous brand, in 2011. In 2016 he participated in Rio Fashion Week and in the short film Primeiro Grito. He also develops several artistic interventions, like the exhibition “O Nome do Medo”, exhibited at MAR (Rio arts Museum), in 2017 and, years later, at Aargauer Kunsthaus Museum, in Zurich (2021). Gonçalo Peixoto is the founder of the homonymous womenswear brand. He started studying Fashion Design in 2012 in Guimarães and later graduated from ESAD, School of Arts and Design, in Matosinhos. In September of 2017, he presented his first runway collection during London Fashion Week. In March 2018, he joined the official calendar of ModaLisboa - Lisboa Fashion Week, where he started to present his collections seasonally. His collections have drawn the attention of several highly regarded fashion stores, as well as fashion magazines and other artists.

Luís Carvalho graduated in Fashion and Textile Design at the Polytechnic Institute of Castelo Branco. He worked at Filipe Faísca and Ricardo Preto’s studios. Luís Carvalho was a fashion designer at Salsa Jeans for two and a half years. In 2013 he created LUIS CARVALHO brand and presented his first collection at ModaLisboa and since then has been a constant presence at Lisbon Fashion Week. Valentim Quaresma studied in the António Arroio School of Arts and in Ar.co’s Jewellery department. He worked with Ana Salazar, creating jewellery and accessories for her collections from 1990 to 2010. In 2008, he won the prize "Accessories collection of the Year" in the international competition ITS#7 in Trieste - Italy, and started his own brand. With his FW 11/12 collection, "Alchemy", he integrates the ModaLisboa's official calendar, where he started to present his work seasonally.

João Magalhães has always been interested in the arts: he studied architecture and specialized in fashion, exploring form and construction in his creations. In 2014 he created Morecco, which started as an accessory brand, but the evolution of the concept led to ModaLisboa a year later, with the first complete ready-to-wear collection. In March 2019, he signed the first collection in his own name. João Magalhães explores an aesthetic universe marked by androgyny, the materials’ requirements and cut, by handmade techniques, from knitwear to hand embroidery.

Carolina Raquel

Carolina Raquel graduated from Fashion Design Womenswear at London College of Fashion in 2018. While studying, she worked with different designers and creative teams: Alexandra Moura, Christopher Kane, Roksanda and Simone Rocha. In October 2018, she presented ‘induviae’, her graduate collection, at Sangue Novo, the Young Designers Competition of ModaLisboa, being awarded with the FashionClash prize. In March 2019, Carolina presented ‘A complex form’ at Sangue Novo and was awarded with the ModaLisboa Award for Best National Designer: a Master’s in Collection Design, at Polimoda, in Florence.

Filipe Augusto graduated in Fashion Design at Modatex, Porto, in October 2016. He worked as an intern at the atelier of the Portuguese designer, Luís Buchinho and in 2017, he joined Principal Magazine's team, as production assistant and stylist for the fashion editorials. In October 2017 and March 2018, he presented two collections at the Sangue Novo competition of ModaLisboa. In the first edition of the contest, he received an honorable mention and in the second he won the first place. In June 2018, he started his career as instructor at the Modatex textile and fashion school and in October of the same year, he joined the Workstation platform at ModaLisboa.

Inês Manuel Baptista

From an early age linked to the artistic production, Inês Baptista graduated in Art History from the University of Coimbra. She was a dancer and teacher of classical ballet, having been part of her career the design of dance costumes. Inês found in fashion a new way of expression, bringing her narratives to life through her creations. In 2018 she joined the Master in Fashion Design at the Faculty of Architecture of the University of Lisbon. In March 2020, she won the ModaLisboa x Polimoda award in Sangue Novo, ModaLisboa’s Young Designers Competition, which gave her the opportunity to attend a Master in Collection Design at Polimoda, in Florence.

Before that, she integrated the founding team of Vogue Portugal. She passed through Elle Portugal and collaborated with Máxima, Umbigo and Dif magazines.
