The OFF LISBOA FASHION WEEK powered by CONTRACOUTURA returns with an independent program developed by creative agents and cultural, commercial, and editorial spaces in Lisbon. Over five days, exhibitions, archives, launches, pop-ups, parties, and other gatherings map out a parallel journey through the city’s creative production.

Embroidery shaped by nature and the Mediterranean.
Spanish-British artist María Sánchez Whewell brings The Architecture of Embroidery to Wide Shades, presenting the embroidery practice she develops through BAO Studio and its relationship with her multicultural roots, nature and the Mediterranean.

Archives Explorer and Past Forward Club open up The Wardrobe’s archive for a four-day selection spanning Stone Island, C.P. Company, Issey Miyake, Ann Demeulemeester, Yohji Yamamoto, Comme des Garçons, Rick Owens, Gucci and Chanel, bringing together rare pieces and the stories, references and design histories behind them.

Upheaval and Valle launch a collaboration born from encounters at pop-ups and exhibitions. An independent streetwear brand and an emerging designer found common ground in how they approach clothing, identity and the creative process, and decided to develop a collection together.
The pieces combine Upheaval’s experimentation and urban culture references with Valle’s attention to comfort, versatility and personal expression. Both creative languages remain visible in every piece.
